未入到一線投資銀行：Soc Gen或者係唔錯選擇
🎄去到十二月好多投行已經出左Offer，但Soc Gen岩岩仲係面試階段。
Soc Gen 係香港Global Markets做得比較勁，IBD就…，而近年都有發展project finance/ structured finance team，但相對其他大行始終無咁大規模啦。
佢地主要有新既Internship program 同graduate program，係Perm黎。當中有Global Markets同Global Finance and Investment Banking可以揀，Headcount黎講大約4-5個。人工就當然係投行價40K以上。
如果入左Global markets ，可以係 Global Markets Sales/COO Group/Global Research 呢三個部門其中一個做第一個 Rotation，之後根據你經驗，比你去 Sales Stream 或者 Trading Stream 做 第二 同第三Rotations。
係Sales Stream入面： Sales Assistant會接觸到唔同既客 （例如Hedge Funds/Corporates/China Desk） 同 Asset Classes （包括Credit/FX/Equity Derivatives）。
Strategist Assistant需要負責既工作有 Creation of trade ideas/back-testing and marketing documents 等等。
係Trading Stream入面： Trading Assistant會 support 個desks，接觸到唔同既Flow Products, Exotic Products 同 asset classes (Fixed Income, OTC Derivative)
Pricing Engineer Assistant就會幫手Price simple structured products, 同埋會 develop bespoke pricing tools in Python and VBA
而Global Finance and Investment Banking就可以係以下既部門做22個月既 rotations • Financial Institutions Client Coverage • Client Relationship Management • Corporate Finance • Client & Credit Group • Export Finance • Natural Resources and Infrastructure • Advisory and Financing Group • Debt Capital Markets
除左有Internship program /graduate program，Soc Gen每年都會請一年既合約Trainee，過左一年之後再續約或者轉Perm，無rotation，但相對Analyst program 比較易入。
至於人工，後台部門大約20K，前台就大約 30K，入工就無其他投行咁高，不過做幾年轉出去都幾容易！咁會有好多同學問，合約會唔會好無保障呀？其實聽落好似唔隱陣咁，但以過往經驗黎講，做野正正常常，一年後通常都會續約，而兩年後轉perm或者跳去其他大投行既機會都大。
